These services are designed to help children and families develop the skills they need to live together in the community.  The programs provide a wide range of services, including respite care, family-centered after school programming, intensive home-based therapies and supervised visitation.  Services specialize in clinically-innovative, community-based models of wraparound family support designed to strengthen families in crisis or facing major challenges.  They often are aimed at preventing a child's hospitalization or out of home placement or used to reunify children with their families from an out of home placement.
